Fashion Wholesale - sales 
In this role you are responsible for:
- Meticulous maintenance of data including stockist information and cashflow projections
- Efficient and courteous correspondence with stockists to maintain current accounts
- Seeking new business through marketing campaigns and direct email messaging
-Preparing orders for stockists by picking, packing, invoicing and shipping
- Logistics and dispatch of orders via our delivery partnersLiaising with agents and distributors on current and future collections and sales
- Liaising with Webshop and Inventory teams in relation to stock availability
- Maintaining and updating current stockist information forms, terms and conditions, policies, etc.
- Contacting new stockists, ensuring required information and details are received, recorded, reviewed and assessed
- Attending conference calls with stockists to assist with order placement and updates on order status

You will have the following qualifications and skills:
- To be considered for this role you must have university qualifications and/or industry experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in Australia
- High level of independence, confidentiality, adaptability and initiative with ability to work as part of a team
- Extremely organised, excellent time management skills and strong attention to detailStrong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Sales experience essential
- Exceptional IT and trouble shooting skills – MAC, Xero, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system ideal but not essential
- Analytical with ability to learn new platforms and software programs as required.

Alongside Lorna’s passion for design and textiles, is her passion for fostering and supporting an incredible team in both her Sydney and South East Asia studios.

Our company internship program has facilitated the growth of candidates into long term Head Office positions. By building a strong team, it is Lorna’s mission to encourage shared core values of creative thinking, collaborative work practices, integrity, respect for one another and support amongst all team members.

Lorna has built her team at the studio with individuals who are committed to taking ownerships of projects and finding each other’s strengths within the team. Our team leaders are across all company projects and contributions are made by all team members. The Lorna Murray Sydney studio team is a culturally diverse group of people who help Lorna support the brand’s ethos, ethics and mission in the industry.  

There is no better way to learn than by doing and internships are one of the most rewarding and valuable components of a student’s art, fashion and design studies.
